We specialize in all things forged and stand behind our manufacturer’s workmanship and end product. Ever since we can remember, many of our customers come through our shop and somtimes ask for OEM wheels however aren’t happy with the OEM wheel specs. That puts in a tight spot because whilst we can source some OEM wheels, the fitment isn’t going to set the world alight.
Big car manufacturers design and build their OEM wheels with the highest of standard, however the sizing and fitment that these manufacturers utilize have much to be desired. Big car manufacturers typically build safe or ‘tame’ sized wheels to significantly lower the chances that something may go wrong in terms of fitment. Moving onto the materials used, OEM wheels are typically not forged wheels, resulting in a much heavier and unattractive wheel when performance is a priority. This concept whilst exist typically in the supercar or higher performance car range, works when producing large quantities, doesn’t work when the owner has specific taste or styling in mind.
That where our RollingStock OEM+ Forged wheel range comes in. We custom build our own OEM+ wheels, recapture the exact same design of any OEM wheel however create them in a full forged construction and change the specifications of the wheels slightly to make them a tad more wider and ‘flush’ with the guards. We believe our OEM+ wheel range sizing should’ve been utilized by car manufacturer’s from factory.
