The Toyota LC300 being the successor to the famous LC200 has a mountain to climb in terms of living up to expectations. The LC200 sporting it’s famous 4.5l 1VD-FTV turbocharged V8 had all the grunt and torque desired by anyone that’s in the market for a full size SUV with scary off-road capabilities.

The LC300 now with a smaller 3.3l twin-turbo V6 had to be able to justify to the Toyota faithful why they should opt for the V6 despite many coming from the LC200’s torque heavy V8. After living with the Toyota LC300 for several weeks, we at RollingStock can understand why Toyota has gone the way they’ve gone.

The power delivery of the LC300 is as smooth as smooth can be, the torque produced is linear and enough to get you through any terrain the Toyota LC300 tackles.

As with all Toyota LC300 owners, the first thing that needs aftermarket attention are the wheels. Nobody can get their hands on the LC300 and leave the boring 18×7.5 super narrow wheels as they are, it just wouldn’t be right…. Fitting larger wheels on these big 4×4 tend to present a common problem, they protrude the guards to the point where your local law enforcement officials might decide they want to give you some extra attention.

Another common problem the Toyota LC300 face is the OEM flares aren’t wide one bit, not helping the cause at all and causing aftermarket wheels to balloon out to the point where it sometimes sits silly.

At RollingStock we’ve developed our own LC300 widebody flares that are a direct replacement to the much narrow OEM pieces. Our flare kit are 60mm wide at their widest point, so this allows MUCH larger wheels and tyres to be fitted without having stupid levels of poke. Essential in any setup where you don’t want attention from the boys in blue.

When fitted our LC300 flares allows wheels to be fitted up to zero offset, meaning even the most aggressive setups can be fitted without an absurd amount of the wheels poking out and making the large SUV frame look rather odd.

Furthermore to this, our LC300 flare kit will be painted to suit your vehicle’s OEM colour, we’re very familiar with the OEM LC300 paint options ranging from Glacier White, Ebony, Crystal Pearl, Arctic White, Silver Pearl, Graphite, Merlot Red, Eclipse Black, Saturn Blue and the super unique Dusty Bronze. Whatever colour your LC300 is, our LC300 flare kit will be able to match it.

Our in-house development of these LC300 flare kits took an extensive period of time to get to the level were we were happy to proceed to production. We’re happy to be able to offer our LC300 flares to 300 Series owner’s Australia wide to ensure the correct setup can be achieved on their vehicles.
