The new V-FF 104 flow forged wheels takes advantage of a new manufacturing technology employed by Vorsteiner to create a lightweight and durable wheel. The wheels come in at about 25-percent lighter than the average cast wheel and stronger thanks to a process that form the barrel of the rim using special high-pressure rollers paired with extensive heat. This lends to a lightweight and durable makeup of the aluminium alloy.
The Vorsteiner V-FF 104 flow forged wheels feature a classic five-spoke design that can benefit from an optional concave or deep concave shape.
On this Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet, the new V-FF 104 wheels were installed in a staggered 9.0 x 20 front with 12.0 x 20 rear setup, the latter of which boast a dynamic concave shape. Each wheel also boasts a slick Carbon Graphite finish to add some contrast to the bright Guards Red paint.
