It’s not everyday we get these types of requests, we had a good friend bring through their brand new Toyota RAV4 XA50 and wanted a new suspension setup with some extra ground clearance whilst not hurting the overall ride quality.
Having very limited options available to the Toyota RAV4, after our R&D with certain kits, we opted for the Eibach Pro Lift Kit. The Pro Lift Kit utilizes Eibach springs which allow full range of suspension travel without additional stress on bushings and ball-joints as seen with spacer lift systems.
Installation of the Pro Lift Kit was straight forward and hassle free, post-lift kit we re-measured the heights and comfortably found a 50mm lift in the front with a 40mm lift in the rear. The Toyota RAV4 looks alot more level and the ride quality was identical to OEM.
After the Pro Lift Kit was fitted we opted for some new tyres to complement the overall look and complete the car. As a result we fitted Pirelli ATR Sport All Terrains which made a very noticeable visual difference.
