The newly released and highly anticipated Toyota Landcruiser 300 Series graced Australian roads in 2022 with all variants sporting a 3.3L Twin-Turbo V6 Diesel engine. The pre-order wait times for the 300 Series have been outright crazy and are still spiraling into double digits come mid 2022.
RollingStock have been lucky enough to finally take delivery of our very own Glacier White Sahara spec Cruiser. Simultaneously we also had the pleasure of having a spitting image in the the form of a Silver Pearl Sahara also make it’s way through our workshop.
On both cruisers, we opted for a very similar OEM+ setup which we find complements the overall aesthetics of the Cruiser without compromising on drive-ability and ride quality.
For the suspension we opted for Bilstein shocks with heavy duty springs, the noticeable increase in lift achieved from this setup was immediately evident! Even after the modifications have gone in, the 300 still drove as though it was straight out of the box – smooth and straight as an arrow as though nothing had happened!
Moving away from the suspension, both Cruiser’s had identical new shoes fitted that instantly transformed the look! We opted for the VenomRex VR-602 in Mystic Black wrapped in 305/55/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers on both cruisers. The large frame of the 300 Series swallows the large 20 inch wheels comfortably!
